At Hockey Jersey Pro, all products are custom-made to order for teams, schools, and organizations.
Due to the customized nature of our products, shipping timelines differ from standard retail purchases.
Please review the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing & Production Start
All orders are scheduled for production only after the following conditions are met, unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Final design mockup has been reviewed and approved by the customer
• A 50% deposit payment has been received
For approved returning customers or special arrangements, production may begin without a deposit or with alternative payment terms, as confirmed in writing through quotation, invoice, or email communication.
Once design approval and applicable payment terms are confirmed, the order will be officially placed into production.

2. Production Timeline
The standard production time for custom team orders is:
4–6 weeks
(calculated from the date of final design approval and receipt of the applicable deposit or agreed payment terms)
Production timelines may vary depending on:
• Order quantity
• Design complexity
• Custom techniques (such as embroidery or tackle twill)
• Seasonal production volume
If there are any significant changes to the estimated production timeline, we will communicate them in advance.

3. Payment Before Shipment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment of the remaining balance is required before any order is shipped.
Hockey Jersey Pro reserves the right to withhold shipment until:
• The outstanding balance has been paid in full, and
• All agreed payment terms have been satisfied
Any alternative payment or credit arrangements must be confirmed in writing prior to shipment.

4. Shipping & Delivery
After production is completed:
• Orders will be shipped only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• The order will be shipped using an appropriate domestic or international shipping method
Shipping transit time depends on:
• Destination country or region
• Shipping method selected
• Customs clearance procedures (if applicable)
Please note that shipping transit time is separate from production time and is not included in the 4–6 week production estimate.

5. Shipping Costs & Customer Responsibilities
• Shipping costs are calculated separately and confirmed prior to shipment
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Once an order has been shipped, Hockey Jersey Pro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third-party service providers.

6. Delays & Force Majeure
Hockey Jersey Pro is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Customs inspections or clearance delays
• Carrier disruptions or logistical issues
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Force majeure events
In the event of a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking and communication.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Hockey Jersey Pro is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Missing or inaccurate contact details
• Failure to receive delivery notifications
Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Design approval requirements are communicated and confirmed during the quotation, invoice, and order confirmation process.
Shipping timelines do not affect the non-returnable status of custom-made products once production has started.
