Return & Refund Policy

(B2B Custom Orders Only)

At HockeyJerseyPro, all products are made-to-order and fully customized based on customer specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail purchases.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Type & Scope

All orders placed with HockeyJerseyPro are custom team orders, including but not limited to:
• Custom designs
• Team colors
• Logos, names, and numbers
• Size selections

We do not offer blank or stock items.
As a result, standard “no-reason” returns do not apply.


2. Design Approval & Order Confirmation

Before production begins, customers will receive a final digital design mockup for approval.

By approving the design mockup, the customer confirms that:
• All artwork, colors, names, numbers, and sizing are correct
• The design meets their team’s requirements
• The order is authorized to proceed into production

⚠️ Once design approval is given and production has started, the order is considered final and non-cancellable.


3. Return & Refund Eligibility

Because all jerseys are custom-made, returns or refunds are not accepted unless one of the following conditions applies:
• A manufacturing defect (e.g. stitching errors, fabric defects)
• An incorrect item was produced (wrong size, name, number, or design not matching the approved mockup)
• A production or fulfillment error caused by HockeyJerseyPro

Returns will not be accepted for:
• Incorrect size selection made by the customer
• Color differences caused by screen or monitor variations
• Design dissatisfaction after mockup approval
• Changes of mind after production has started
• Minor variations inherent to textile production


4. Issue Reporting Timeline

To be eligible for support, customers must:
• Inspect all items upon delivery
• Report any issues within 7 days of receiving the order

Please contact us at support@hockeyjerseypro.com with:
• Order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.


5. Resolution Options

If an issue is confirmed to be caused by HockeyJerseyPro, we will offer one of the following solutions, at our discretion:
• Reproduction of the affected items
• Replacement shipment
• Partial refund
• Store credit for future team orders

💡 Refunds are not the default solution for custom team orders and will only be issued when a replacement or remake is not feasible.


6. Return Shipping
• If a return is required due to a confirmed quality or production issue, return shipping costs will be covered by HockeyJerseyPro.
• Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may result in processing delays.


7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after resolution confirmation
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
