We used the customizer to build our initial design and then worked with the team to fine-tune a few details. Having both the self-service tools and direct support made the process flexible and completely stress-free.

Being able to see changes in real time was a huge advantage. Instead of emailing back and forth, we could clearly visualize everything ourselves and know exactly what we were approving before moving forward.
